SYMPHA is an agent-native marketing platform. The platform is the system of record; agents execute work you authorize. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand inputs you provide and for reviewing content before it publishes. Approval gates and verification probes are safeguards, not a substitute for your judgment.
Usage is metered in credits and billed per your plan. Credits fund inference and generation; unused credits follow your plan's rollover terms. Plans renew until cancelled.
Don't use SYMPHA to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its connected providers.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SYMPHA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or content it generates.
