Account details (name, email, organization) via our identity provider; the projects, briefs, and content you create in SYMPHA; and operational telemetry (usage, credit consumption, errors) needed to run the service.
To operate SYMPHA — planning, generating, gating, publishing, and verifying marketing work on your behalf — and to meter credits and produce your scorecards. Inference runs through FlowAI; generation and visual verification run through VidMee and 4seen. We do not sell your data.
Clerk (authentication), our cloud/database hosts, FlowAI (inference), 4seen (pre-flight simulation), VidMee (visual generation/verification), and analytics providers you connect. Each processes data only to deliver its function.
